BatchNepal Promotional Credits Terms & Conditions

These BatchNepal Promotional Credit Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) are an agreement between you and BatchNepal Consultancy Pvt Ltd. (or its affiliate ) (BatchNepal,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) and govern your use of any AWS promotional credit (“Promotional Credit”). You must have a valid BatchNepal account to redeem a Promotional Credit code. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms will have the meanings set forth in the BatchNepal Customer Agreement available at https://batchnepal.com/legal/agreement, or other written agreement with BatchNepal governing your use of BatchNepal services if applicable (the “Agreement”). These Terms apply to all Promotional Credit, regardless of whether you have a valid BatchNepal account when you receive the Promotional Credit.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to receive a Promotional Credit, you must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the offer details. Promotional Credit is valid for a limited time only and must be redeemed within the time period specified in the offer details. Promotional Credit is non-transferable and may not be resold or bartered. Promotional Credit may not be combined with other offers. Promotional Credit may not be applied to any past purchases or fees.

2. Redemption

To redeem a Promotional Credit, you must apply the code we provide to you at the time we provide the code. Promotional Credit is applied to your BatchNepal account and will be reflected on your invoice. If you have multiple Promotional Credits, we will apply them in the order in which they expire.

3. Use

Promotional Credit may only be used for the services specified in the offer details. Promotional Credit may not be used for any other services. Promotional Credit is not transferable and may not be resold or bartered. Promotional Credit may not be combined with other offers. Promotional Credit may not be applied to any past purchases or fees.

4. Expiration

Promotional Credit expires on the date specified in the offer details. If you do not use the Promotional Credit before the expiration date, the Promotional Credit will expire and may not be redeemed.

5. No Cash Value

Promotional Credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. No Refunds

Promotional Credit is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or other Promotional Credit.

7. No Warranty

Promotional Credit is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

8. No Transfer

Promotional Credit may not be transferred to another person or account.

9. No Substitution

Promotional Credit may not be substituted or exchanged for any other services.

10. Other

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, if you redeem a Promotional Credit code or otherwise use Promotional Credit on an BatchNepal account with an affiliate of BatchNepal Consultancy Pvt Ltd. as your BatchNepal contracting entity under your Agreement, the Promotional Credit will be deemed to be offered by that affiliate and references to BatchNepal,” “your BatchNepal contracting entity,” “us,” “our,” and “we” will be references to that affiliate.

You agree to maintain in strict confidence any data or information relating to the Service Offerings that you discover, derive, develop, or otherwise learn about through your use of the Service Offerings. This includes, but is not limited to, data or information relating to the Service Offering’s security and any suggested improvements to the Service Offerings.
